Fred Boltz is a global conservation and climate change leader with over 20 years of experience combining economics, policy and field experience in environmental management and sustainable development. Fred has a Ph.D. in natural resource economics from the University of Florida; he has written and contributed to numerous publications in leading economic and environmental journals. He is also an expert policy advisor and leader of delegations to global climate, biodiversity, freshwater and sustainable development conventions and government negotiations. Fred has professional experience in over 30 countries, including nine years of residence in Africa, Asia and South America.
